How many days you need to install the equipment?

Installation typically takes 15-30 working days depending on the line complexity. A standard automatic plating line (20-30 stations) requires approximately 20 days for installation and 5-7 days for commissioning and trial operation.

How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?

We typically send 2-3 engineers for overseas installation – one electrical engineer and one mechanical engineer. For larger projects, we can send up to 5 staff

You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?

Yes, we do have annual sales targets for exclusive distributors. The target amount depends on your market size and territory.

Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?

Generally, we prefer direct payment to Junda for our scope of supply. However, for turnkey projects where we act as general contractor, we can accept consolidated payment and pay third-party suppliers on your behalf. This is subject to a separate agreement and valid invoices from the third-party suppliers.

When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?

Our Spring Festival holiday typically starts 7-10 days before Lunar New Year and lasts for about 12-15 days. For 2026, the holiday dates are approximately February 14-27. During this period, production stops, but our sales team remains available on email and WhatsApp for inquiries. We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks before the holiday to ensure timely shipment.

Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?

Yes. Our equipment is designed for tropical climates – all electronic components are rated for up to 50°C ambient temperature, and our PLC cabinets are equipped with cooling fans or air conditioners.

Can Your products be installed under the cold weather?

Yes, with proper precautions. Our equipment is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C. However, installation in cold weather requires additional measures.

Do You have office in shanghai or guangzhou that i can visit?

No, we only have office in JIANGSU, CHONGQING province, but our factory is in Taizhou city Zhejiang province.

Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?

Yes, absolutely. We provide on-site installation and commissioning as a standard part of our service. Our engineers will travel to your facility to install, calibrate, and start up your equipment.

Can I only buy some spare parts from you?

Yes, absolutely. We welcome spare parts orders even without purchasing complete equipment. We maintain a dedicated spare parts inventory and can ship worldwide.

Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

Yes, we regularly attend major industry exhibitions both domestically and internationally.

Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in guangzhou?

Yes, absolutely. We can ship your equipment directly to your warehouse in Guangzhou or any other domestic Chinese address. This is a very common arrangement for our customers.

How long it takes you to provide the designing options for us?

We typically provide initial design options and layout drawings within 5-7 working days after receiving your basic requirements. Full detailed engineering drawings are delivered within 15-30 working days after order confirmation and deposit

What is your products standardization?

Our equipment follows IEC and GB standards for electrical and mechanical components, while the overall line layout and tank dimensions are fully customized to your specific part size and production requirements. This gives you the best of both worlds: standardized reliability with custom-fit functionality.

How do you pack the equipment?

We use export-grade packaging for all equipment, including seaworthy wooden crates, stretch-wrapped pallets, and container loading with proper bracing. All packaging meets ISPM-15 international standards for wood packaging materials

Can you can design the equipment according to our size?

Yes, 100% yes. We do not sell "off-the-shelf" equipment. Every plating line, anodizing line, and coating system we build is custom-designed to your specific part dimensions, production volume, and available floor space. Your size = our design.

How many years have your company made this kind of equipment?

Our company has been manufacturing automated surface finishing equipment for over 15 years. Our core engineering team has an average of 10+ years of hands-on experience specifically in designing, building, and commissioning electroplating, anodizing, and coating lines.

Which certificate do you have for your equipment?

Our equipment is CE certified for export to European markets. We also operate under ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. For specific components or customer requirements, we can provide additional certifications or support documentation

How many staffs do you have in your factory?

We currently have approximately 80-100 full-time employees working at our Taizhou factory, plus additional staff at our Chongqing and Jiangsu branch offices. This includes engineers, technicians, assembly workers, and support staff

Do you have any real project pictures of the equipment?

Yes, absolutely. We maintain a comprehensive project portfolio with over 200 real installation photos and videos from both domestic projects. We can share relevant examples based on your equipment type and industry.

How far is your factory from the city hotel?

Our factory is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The drive from the city center or major hotels takes approximately 15-20 minutes by car. We are happy to arrange free pickup and drop-off for visiting customers.

How far is your factory from the airport?

The closest airport is Taizhou Luqiao Airport (HYN), approximately 40-50 minutes by car from our factory. We also have alternative airports in Wenzhou and Hangzhou with more flight options. We provide free airport pickup for visiting customers with advance notice.

How long it will take from guangzhou to your factory?

There are three main options to travel from Guangzhou to our factory in Taizhou. The fastest is by air (approx. 3-4 hours total), the most convenient is by high-speed train (approx. 7-8 hours), and the cheapest is by overnight train (12-14 hours) . We recommend the direct flight.

Do you provide free spare parts?

Yes, we provide one set of standard wearing parts free of charge with each complete plating line or major equipment purchase. For additional spare parts or consumables, we offer competitive pricing and volume discounts.

What is the age range for your products?

Our equipment has a design service life of 10-15 years with proper maintenance. We have plating lines installed in 2010-2012 that are still running daily. The actual lifespan depends on operating conditions and maintenance practices.

Do you have detailed and professional installation manual?

Yes, absolutely. We provide a comprehensive installation and operation manual (typically 150-200 pages) with every equipment shipment. The manual includes detailed step-by-step instructions, diagrams, wiring schematics, PLC documentation, and troubleshooting guides – all in English.

If OEM is acceptable?

Yes, OEM is absolutely acceptable. We offer both full OEM branding (your logo, your color, your label) and component-level OEM (we manufacture according to your drawings and specifications). We already work with several OEM partners .

Do you provide sample? Free or charge?

For small components (sensors, contacts, material samples), we can provide free samples. For complete equipment or large components, samples are chargeable but the sample cost is fully refunded or deducted from your first full order.

What is your term of payment?

Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit by T/T upon order confirmation, 40% before shipment, and10% upon completion of installation and commissioning. For export orders with established customers, we offer 50% deposit, 50% before shipping . L/C at sight is also acceptable.

What is your MOQ?

For complete equipment (plating lines, anodizing lines, coating lines), our MOQ is 1 set. For spare parts and small components, MOQ is typically 1 piece. We are a manufacturer, not a trading company, so we welcome both small and large orders.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a direct manufacturer with our own factory in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. We design, engineer, fabricate, and assemble all our equipment in-house – not a trading company. This means you pay factory-direct prices and get full quality control.

How long is your delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 45-75 days for a complete automatic plating line after receiving deposit and approved drawings. For smaller systems or spare parts, delivery can be as fast as 15-30 days. For large turnkey projects, delivery may take 90-120 days.
