Conventional electroplating filter system designed for plating bath circulation and impurity removal in zinc, nickel, copper, chrome, and anodizing lines. Made of corrosion-resistant PP/PVDF with magnetic drive pump, it ensures stable filtration, low maintenance, and long service life for industrial surface treatment applications.
For many electroplating operations, a conventional filter system provides the right balance of performance and affordability. When your application doesn’t require continuous filtration or sub-micron precision, a standard electroplating filter offers reliable, cost-effective bath maintenance.
Our conventional electroplating filter units are designed for electroplating, anodizing, and chemical filtration applications. Constructed from corrosion-resistant polypropylene (PP) or PVDF, these filters withstand harsh acids, alkalis, and elevated temperatures up to 70-80℃.
This industrial filter system accepts standard filter cartridges (5-50μm) or filter bags, making it easy to maintain with readily available consumables worldwide. A magnetic drive pump eliminates seal leakage, preventing corrosive bath solution from escaping.
How Conventional Filtration Works
The electroplating bath filter operates on the forced circulation principle:
The magnetic drive pump draws contaminated plating solution from the tankSolution is pushed through the filter chamber containing filter cartridges or bags
Filter media traps suspended particles (precision depends on cartridge rating)
Cleaned solution returns to the plating tank
Pressure gauge indicates when cartridges require replacement
Unlike smart filters with automatic backwash, conventional filter systems require periodic manual cartridge changes. However, for many standard plating applications (zinc, copper, anodizing), this is perfectly acceptable and cost-effective.
Magnetic Drive Pump: Seal-less design prevents leakage
Filter Cartridges: Polypropylene, cotton, or activated carbon (5-50μm)
Pressure Gauge: Monitors filter loading
Safety Switch: Auto shut-off on overload
