Electroless Nickel Plating Line

JUNDA Electroless Nickel Plating Line is a fully automatic chemical nickel plating system designed for uniform Ni-P alloy deposition on complex parts, blind holes, and internal surfaces. Featuring PLC control, automatic chemical dosing, temperature regulation, and high corrosion-resistant coating performance, it is widely used in PCB, aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, medical, and precision manufacturing industries.

Our Electroless Nickel Plating Line uses an autocatalytic chemical reaction to deposit nickel-phosphorus alloy without external power supply. This ensures 100% uniform coating thickness, even on complex shapes, blind holes, and internal surfaces where electrolytic plating cannot reach.

The equipment features automatic chemical dosing, bath temperature control, and PLC-controlled hoist operation. It is widely used in PCB manufacturing, oil & gas valves, aerospace components, and precision machinery.

Key Advantages

✅ 100% Uniform Coating – No electrical field means same thickness on edges, corners, and recesses

✅ Covers Blind Holes – Plates internal surfaces and blind holes that electrolytic plating cannot reach

✅ Excellent Corrosion Resistance – Outperforms electrolytic nickel in most environments

✅ High Hardness – Heat treatment achieves hardness up to 1000 HV

✅ Low Porosity – Dense coating provides better barrier protection

✅ Plates Non-Conductive Materials – Can deposit nickel on plastics and ceramics with proper activation

Frequently Asked Questions

What is electroless nickel plating?

Electroless nickel plating is a chemical deposition process that deposits a nickel-phosphorus alloy coating without using electrical current.

What are the advantages of electroless nickel plating over electrolytic nickel plating?

Electroless nickel plating provides better thickness uniformity, improved corrosion resistance, and excellent coverage of blind holes and internal surfaces.

What industries use electroless nickel plating?

Industries include aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, PCB manufacturing, medical devices, molds, and precision engineering.

Can electroless nickel plating be applied to plastic parts?

Yes. After proper surface activation, electroless nickel can be deposited on plastics and certain ceramic materials.

What phosphorus content should I choose?

Low phosphorus coatings offer higher hardness, while high phosphorus coatings provide superior corrosion resistance.
