Our Nickel-Nickel-Chrome Rack Plating Line is specially designed for applications requiring excellent corrosion resistance and brilliant decorative appearance. The double nickel layer (semi-bright nickel + bright nickel) combined with decorative chrome provides enhanced protection against rust and wear, making it the ideal choice for automotive parts, sanitary ware, bathroom fixtures, and household hardware.

The Nickel-Nickel-Chrome Rack Plating Line is an automated electroplating system that deposits three functional layers onto metal parts: semi-bright nickel , bright nickel, and decorative chrome. This double-nickel structure achieves 48–120 hours of neutral salt spray test (NSS) resistance - 2x longer than traditional copper-nickel-chrome processes.

Our gantry-type rack plating equipment is widely used for automotive exterior parts, bathroom faucets, door handles, and kitchen hardware that require both high corrosion resistance and premium aesthetic appearance. Available in fully automatic or semi-automatic configurations.
